toddler with fever/vomiting… ER or wait it out?

My 3 and a half yr old within the past 2 hours spiked a fever of 101.9 and started vomiting everything up…. so with all the crap going around lately should I just take her to the ER in case its swine flu so she can get like tamiflu or something, or should I wait and see how she does? She does have some other medical issues that can qualify her as a moderately higher risk than other kids for complications if she has the flu… opinions? lol and yes I would have called her dr but its the weekend, and no ones there, and dont say I shouldnt be asking on here, im a first time mom and this is the first time either of my kids have been sick with puking… so

if a fever is present then take her to er or doctor that is sign of virus when they have a cold they do not have fever or vomit,,,,,,,,she should of had a flu shoot but if not then you need to take her in she could have the swine flu and if she dies overnight and you didn’t take her in then they will hold you responsible i mean after all you are typing that you know your child is sick and what are you doing about it,,,,,welcome to parent hood for the next 15 years ,,,,,,,
