Do i have Asperger’s syndrome or am I over reacting?
I believe i do but some people i know say i don’t, but i think i show common signs (being able to talk before the usual age where babys and toddlers do, i dont pick up social cues that well, i have obsessive interests) and some others, could i be over reacting or should i go and see what my doctor says
also, i am a teenaged male
and i do awkward things and say things that lead to awkardnes, like saying something at the wrong time in class and then the class goes silent an stuff
What you described can have other explanations than Asperger’s syndrome.
The only way to really know whether you have it or not is to consult a professional. If you are concerned, you should talk to your doctor and see if he can refer you to someone who specializes in Asperger’s syndrome. They can then evaluate you for Asperger’s syndrome and tell you whether you have it or not.
