Behavior question about toddler…….?
Does anyone else feel this way? I like to read other posters questions concerning their toddlers and look for helpful information. The scary part is that 9/10 posters regarding behavioral issues will have someone(s) post that their child might be autistic or ADD. Is autisum/ ADD really that common of a diagnosis for these kids?
I understand ADD and autism are two different diagnosis that somtimes go hand in hand. I mentioned these two because they seem to be the most common.
no its not common.just that alot of ppl get upset if there children are active or energetic is all.and panic if they dont learn as fast as the little boy next door so to speak.there are all kinds of books telling at what age kids do what.those books are hogwash, all kids develop a there own age, some are more active than others, some are less and what some call behavior problems is actually normal.add cannot be diagnosed in a real small child.and autism cant be till there about 3 or 4.i have a brother who is severely autistic and autism has different levels to it.
