Can anyone give me a recipe very good snack for children?

2 kids love to eat and eat whatever is right, but my other son is very demanding and does not eat breakfast or dinner, waiting for dad to go home and becomes ice told him to stop giving up smoking, but listen .. Does anyone Food has become the third child and my love? please help!
